How we 3D print and prepare your sign

We print signs to order, then prepare the mounting option available for the selected product.

3D-printed signs

Built layer by layer from your final design.

A Standard Sign selection, personalized Custom Template, or approved Specialty proof supplies the design used to produce the sign.

Prepare the design
The selected size, wording, colors, material, and mounting preparation are converted into the digital file used to make the sign.

Print the sign
A 3D printer builds the sign one thin layer at a time from the selected thermoplastic. The panel, raised lettering, borders, and other details are printed as parts of the finished sign.

Finish and inspect
After printing, we complete any selected mounting preparation and check the finished sign against the order before packing it for shipment.

Mounting preparation

Each product shows only the mounting preparations available for that exact sign and size.

No mounting preparation or hardware is added. The customer or installer selects an appropriate attachment method.

Magnetic material is applied to the back for compatible, clean, smooth magnetic steel surfaces. Not every metal surface is magnetic.

Depending on the sign, available patterns may include one top-center hole, top-and-bottom holes, left-and-right holes, or four corner holes.
