Orders and payment

Actually Useful Prints is an independent Colorado business offering made-to-order signs. Checkout shows the merchandise price, discount, shipping charge, and any applicable tax before payment. Stripe collects and processes payment details on its hosted checkout page. Actually Useful Prints receives the order and shipping information needed to fulfill the purchase, but never receives or stores full card numbers or security codes. Website orders currently ship only to supported U.S. addresses.

A cart, estimate, design preview, or payment attempt does not require AUP to make a sign we cannot safely or reliably produce. Production begins only after payment is recorded and any required design, material, content, or production review is complete. If an order cannot be produced as submitted, AUP may request a revision or cancel and refund the unshipped order.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, wording, spelling, dimensions, and other information you submit, and for having the right to use submitted text, logos, images, and other content. Custom content must not be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, or unsafe.

When a proof or revision approval is required, production follows the latest approved version. Review the entire proof carefully before approving it. Design previews may vary from physical color, texture, scale, and appearance. Anyone with a shared design link can open it, so do not include confidential or sensitive wording.

Shipping, changes, returns, and warranty

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The order status and customer emails provide the latest recorded shipment promise and tracking details when available. Review the Shipping, Returns, and Warranty policy for the complete timing, eligibility, condition, shipping-cost, remedy, and refund rules.

If AUP cannot meet the promised shipping date, we will provide an updated date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Contact AUP promptly. Custom wording or design may be revised during review, but changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after manufacturing begins.

A Standard Sign or non-personalized accessory may be returned for any reason when the return is requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. There is no restocking fee, and the customer pays voluntary return shipping. Custom and personalized items are not voluntarily returnable for preference. Damage, an incorrect item, a covered defect, and a failure to match the accepted order or approved proof remain eligible for a remedy. Every Sign includes a one-year limited manufacturing warranty from delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious files or code. AUP may correct errors, update future product options, limit quantities, or stop offering a product or option.

Changes do not alter an accepted order unless AUP and the customer agree or the order must be cancelled and refunded because it cannot be fulfilled. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Colorado law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
